    East Coast Fireplace, born in 1968, and still successfully installing and maintaining fireplaces in New Jersey.   Fireplaces have changed in these almost 50 years. Technology has affected this business as well every other business on the planet.  As a result we consistently learn, educate and train OUR EMPLOYEES so that we can offer the newest and best knowledge in the industry. In addition to fireplaces, mantles and interior/exterior stone; in 1985 we expanded our business to include Chimney Cleaning, Fireplace Cleaning, Gas Fireplace Service and Gutter Cleaning. 

   

     We are most proud of our custom carpentry department which allows us BUILD custom mantle and wall UNITS.  We work closely with our customers to design, build and finish the fireplace of their dreams.  Sometimes the dream comes from something they’ve seen in a magazine or online. Sometimes, as it happened once, from a movie. A customer saw her dream fireplace in the movie “The Breakup” with Jennifer Aniston. We got the video, watched the movie, and built her fireplace and wall unit as seen in the movie. Our custom carpentry and finishing shop made that dream possible. 

 

    East Coast has done business with celebrities, politicians, and even Princeton University. We have CUSTOMERS’ children and grandchildren now buying fireplaces from us.
